POSITION OFFERED :
We are currently looking for developers who are passionate and talented people to join our team located in Tallinn (Estonia) for developing our services and projects. We attach great importance to the quality of your work environment. You will work on optimizing the platform and implementing new features.
Compensation varies depending on your experience, an expatriate package applies to this position (travel and accommodation provided).
PROFILE REQUIRED :
Autodidact or with advanced computer training, you like web development and innovative projects.
You are interested in scaling issues (memcache, nginx, nosql ...), several million of visitors a day do not scare you but represent an interesting challenge.
Your mother tongue is French or you master this language perfectly.
You're comfortable conversing in English and reading technical documentation.
We are looking for passionate, curious and independent people with fast growing potential.
Qualifications:
• Web Development: PHP, JavaScript, (X) HTML 4 and 5, Ajax, CSS 2 and 3.
• Concrete experience of Web development.
• Good knowledge of C, C + + or Objective C.

POSITION OFFERED :
Attached to the management board you have the responsibility of the business model and its development, particularly by creating synergies between social networks and applications.
You define and supervise commercial animation, graphics and edition of the site. You plan highlights of the applications and coordinate the communication plan of operations.
You personify Internet culture and offer implementation of innovative tools for applications including community tools (blogs, forums, ...).
You define the strategy for acquiring new members (SEO, SEM, display, affiliate partnerships, exchange of visibility, ...) and for securing existing members.
You drive the operational implementation of promotional campaigns.
In project mode, you supervise the development teams.
Profit-oriented (generating traffic and income), you define key performance indicators (KPI's) and ensure suitable tracking (site + marketing campaigns).
PROFILE REQUIRED :
Familiar with e-commerce, you combine strategic input and operational deployment.
You illustrate yourself by your team spirit, strength of recommendation, your independence and sense of organization.
Business development oriented, you can justify a strong sensitivity to the figures and are able to pursue a strategy, to structure and to develop at large scale sites and Internet applications.
With a soul of an entrepreneur, you are multi-task oriented and have a taste for challenge.
You have a successful experience with a B2C web merchant, within the e-commerce sector.
You speak English fluently.
