The name Webinfluence comes from the very definition of the word “influence”. To influence means to have the power and capacity to be a compelling force behind people’s actions, behaviors and opinions. Web influence encompasses the power of persuasion of digital mass communication, and the ability to affect and shape people’s habits in the online-space, at times even without any apparent effort. Influencing in the web is therefore done at its best when consumers do not even realize it’s been done, that renders it the most effective of all persuasions.

The Webinfluence Group was founded on the ambition of a group of young entrepreneurs just starting out in the online advertising field. The initial goal was simply to make their voices heard in the industry and improve the services already offered in the market. To achieve this a challenging space was needed for making experiments, trying out different things, some that worked out and others that did not.
